Michel Nischan is President of Sources and Resources, a culinary projects firm specializing in well-being and cultural food preservation, as well as sustainable and renewable business practices for the foodservice industry. His philosophy is embodied in one of his many current projects as Executive Consulting Chef for Song, a subsidiary of Delta Airlines, where he has worked to design and implement fresh, wholesome, healthful, organic, and delicious food for airline customers at a moderate cost. Recently, Michel has associated with India & South Asia’s finest and largest chain of hotels – Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces – ahead of its time since 1903 – a Tata Enterprise, where he is creating a concept and design “restaurant of well-being” for their Luxury properties throughout India.
