Isabella Wall has emerged as a key figure among the young generation of women in the Latino community in the United States as a Quinceañera Expert. Since April, 2001, she has been researching, developing and reviving the very old Hispanic tradition called Quinceañera, when Latinas celebrate their fifteen birthday and transition from little girl to young adult. Isabella has been dubbed "The Fairy Godmother of Quinceañeras" by the Latin media. She has advised, MTV, Teen magazine and the Sundance Film Festival winning movie, Quinceañera. Recently Isabella served as the expert for Walt Disney World's "Quinceañera, a dream come true" the first ever Spanish lenguage event held by Disney, honoring 15 Quinceañeras from across the United States and Puerto Rico.



The quinceañera market has reached critical mass. The 2000 Census counted 1.5 million Hispanic girls ages 10-14. Looking toward the future, nearly a third (29.4 percent) of Hispanics are under the age of 15, compared to only 21.1 percent in the U. S. population, according to a 2004 Census estimate. Los Angeles County has 4.6 million Hispanics, the most of any county in the nation. In the Los Angeles DMA (Designated Market Area for advertising media), there are about 190,000 Hispanic female teens between the ages of 12 and 14, according to Census estimates. "Approximately 65 percent to 70 percent of these girls reside in households whose heads of household are foreign born or Spanish dominant, which would be the households that would be most likely to carry on the tradition. Hispanic families spend a bundle to make the quinceañera memorable for their little princess. The minimum for a do-it-herself quinceañera can start at $5,000, but for upscale families the price can escalate to the $200,000 to $300,000 range.



Isabella is a sort of aunt to Quinceañeras. She is the "Madrina of advice", representing ALL the madrinas. Isabella began her career modeling and acting at the tender age of 12. Her event-planning experience began when she produced her own Quinceañera. As a fashion model and as former Miss Dominican Republic, Isabella has traveledextensively as a representative of her native country in numerous International beauty, fashion and business events, such as, The National Great Bridal Expo, International Women Society, International Immigrants Foundation in NYC. Isabella is the Creator/Executive Producer of the International Women Embassadress Pageant, a parade of National costumes from around the world held at the United Nations.



In the early nineties, Isabella was the Spanish spokes person for Top 40 radio station Z-100 in NYC, making event appearances along side the on air personalities. In 1992 she was voted one of Revlon's Unforgettable Women. Since then Isabella has appeared in numerous television commercials, has been a television talk show host and her most recent acting credits include ER, Nip/Tuck and Days Of Our Lives.



Isabella is passioned about her birth land, the Dominican Republic. She is seeks opportunities to bring growth, health and education home. In 2006, along with her husband Marty Wall, Isabella co-authored "Chasing Rubi" The truth about Porfirio Rubirosa, the prolific Dominican Playboy-diplomat. The couple are founders of Someone Cares International, a not for profit organization benefiting needy children in the Dominican Republic. Mission Laughs comedy supporting and entertaining the homeless from, Union Rescue Mission, Los Angeles Mission and San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission.



Isabella is the only nationally registered Quinceañera expert. She is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the Screen Actors Guild, the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and the National Latino Business Women. She has been acknowledged by The City of Los Angeles and the Girl Scouts for her leadership role in encouraging girls to stay in school and plan their Quinceañera on a budget. She is currently in partnership with BBC Worldwide to create and develop a reality television show about Quinceañeras. Isabella is a contributor to Hearst Corporation providing content related to Quinceañeras and is in the process of writing a second book.
