A Special Seminar for Women, sheTIME, Will Dramatically Improve WomenÂ’s Lives

LONDON (PRWEB) September 14, 2005

sheTIME is a life-changing seminar and workshop for women which will deliver insights, knowledge and techniques for dramatically improving all aspects of womenÂ’s lives.

SheTIME is designed for women to take time out from their busy lives and focus on their own needs and priorities. The emphasis of the day is assessing all aspects of oneÂ’s current situation (relationships, work, interests, goals, health, state of mind and image) and learning from the experts working in these areas.

The programme will include topics ranging from self-esteem and self-image, finding happiness, making changes, your life and work situations (whatÂ’s working and what isnÂ’t) right through to health, understanding PMS (even enjoying it!) and what it means to be a women in the 21st Century.

The range of topics covered in one day, which will be delivered through a mix of presentations and workshops, makes this a unique and truly holistic, womenÂ’s life seminar. Not to be missed by any women who seeks new insights, practical techniques, greater confidence and clarity about who they are and what they want.

SheTIME is being expertly hosted and facilitated by Jenny Ungless, founder of City Life Coaching. Jenny Ungless is a fully trained life and career coach, an adviser to the Association of Coaching (the UK Trade Association for coaches), and the official life coach for monster. co. uk, the countryÂ’s leading online recruitment site.

Joining Jenny is womenÂ’s wellbeing and self-esteem practitioner Sjanie Hugo, who will work with women at sheTIME on building a healthy self-image and learning confidence-building techniques. Sjanie is also a fully qualified hypnotherapist. Also leading a workshop at sheTIME is homeopath and lecturer, Dr Taryn Jacobs. Dr JacobsÂ’ particular passion is womenÂ’s health and menstruation, and she will deliver a mind-blowing session on womenÂ’s natural cycles, PMS, and how women can develop a closer understanding of their biology and psychology.

SheTIME was devised and produced by Simetri Communications who are also working on a series of follow-up events for women including workTIME, mindTIME, and mumTIME which are planned for later this year and will continue in 2006.

Speaking about the launch event, sheTIME, Fran Diack of Simetri Communications said “sheTIME will be very different from other personal development events because it looks at four key areas of life in harmony (your personal situation and relationships; your work-life; your health and natural monthly cycles; and self-image and confidence-building). It is packed full of insights, practical advice, tips and techniques for you to apply straight away …so that you can start making changes (minor or major) as soon as you want.”

The event takes place at Jerwood Space, 171 Union Street, Waterloo SE1 0LN (nearest station Waterloo, Borough or London Bridge) on Saturday 8th October 05, 10.30am – 5.45pm.

The fee of £125 + VAT covers the one day seminar.

In addition to the opportunities of learning from the professionals and hearing other people's experiences on the day, sheTIME is also offering seminar attendees a 50% discount on a personal life coaching session with Jenny Ungless one month after the seminar.
