Ms. Hebert, based in San Francisco, focuses on the recruitment of senior level attorneys and executives for clients throughout California and the West Coast. She represents large national law firms, prominent small firms and traditional and emerging companies in fulfilling their legal and executive recruitment needs.



Prior to her association with TMP Worldwide, Ms. Hebert owned Kristin Hebert Associates, a San Francisco-based legal search consulting firm, which she founded in 1993. Before establishing her own firm, Ms. Hebert was associated with a large Los Angeles-based legal recruiting firm for four years as a search consultant in both its San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. Ms. Hebert earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Southern California in 1987.



Based in the Chicago office, Mr. Williams is a member of the Legal Search Practice Group, Global Healthcare Sector and the Global Insurance Practice Group that focuses on recruiting senior executives for corporations and law firms. Prior to his association with TMP Worldwide, Mr. Williams was an equity partner for seven years with the international law firm of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood specializing in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, and managed care and other insurance arrangements. Before joining Sidley, he was an associate, and later, equity partner in the Chicago-based law firm of Gardner, Carton & Douglas.



During most of his legal career, Mr. Williams has been involved in law firm recruiting and retention, and has served or headed several law firm committees relating to recruiting and retention. He currently serves, and has served, on numerous boards including the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Medical School, the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, the Law Board of Northwestern University, the Lawyers Club of Chicago, and was elected Chairman of the Fielding Graduate Institute (Santa Barbara, California) Board of Directors in May. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Leadership Greater Chicago Program. He also is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, Chicago Committee of the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations, and the Union League Club of Chicago. Mr. Williams earned his law degree from Northwestern University, his MasterÂ’s degree in Business/Health Services Administration from the University of Wisconsin (Madison), and his undergraduate degree, with honors, in psychology from Macalester College.
