Stress Management Author Asks "Which Will Cost You More: The Recession or Stress?"

A new book "The Advanced Stress Management Training Guide" questions how much stress and fear are costing us individually and as a society. 'Stress tax' is the term Stress Management Author, and Blogger, Rob McPhillips uses to refer to the personal cost of stress to individuals.
