Perkins has been a leader in the blood donor industry for over three decades. Prior to joining Donor Dialogue, she held multiple leadership positions with the American Red Cross, Virginia Blood Services, and Inova Blood Services. Most recently she was the Director, DRD for the American Red Cross, Appalachian Blood Services division in Roanoke, Virginia. Sharon is an ADRP past president and the recipient of the ADRP Ron Franzmeier Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition, Sharon received the 1992 AABB Chapman Franzmeier Memorial Award for leadership and outstanding contributions to the field of donor recruitment. She served as editor of the 2005 AABB/ADRP book entitled Donor Recruitment: Tips, Techniques and Tales (http://www. adrp. org/publications-and-media/donor-recruitment-book/).



Robertson is a Quality and Customer Service Professional with more than 20 years of experience. He has held numerous senior leadership positions in the health care, human resource services, finance and software development industries. In addition, Robertson is an industry thought leader and frequent speaker on customer relationship management and workforce management best practices. Mr. Robertson has developed award winning contact centers throughout his career including; Teleservices Agencies Top 50 Award, TMC CRM Excellence Award, MVP Gold Quality Award, Gartner Group 2002 Best CRM Solution - Runner Up and many others.
