Rainier acquires Baylor Medical Plaza in Heath, Texas (Dallas) on behalf of Tenant-In-Common Investors.

J. Kenneth Dunn, president of Rainier Capital Management, announces the acquisition of Baylor Medical Plaza, Heath, Texas (Dallas)on behalf of fifteen (15) Tenant-In-Common Investors.



The property was recently developed and leased by Trammell Crow Company. Rainier acquired the property on October 22. Richard Cole of Rainier Capital Management represented the buyer and Rob Jones of Trammell Crow Company represented the seller. David Mott of Northmarq Financial arranged the acquisition financing through Bank of America.



Baylor Medical Plaza was developed for affiliates of the Baylor Health Care System and United Surgical Partners International. The two-story ambulatory surgey center and medical office building contains 35,485 square feet and is 100% leased. Trammell Crow Company will continue to lease and manage the property.
