New Corporate Agreement with Legacy Hospital Partners, Inc. Names Broadlane® Exclusive Provider of Supply Chain and Procurement Services
Broadlane announced today through a corporate relationship agreement that Legacy Hospital Partners, Inc. (LHP), based in Plano, Texas has selected Broadlane as the exclusive provider of a broad range of supply chain and procurement services to help manage spending for all LHP-owned and managed hospitals.

Dallas March 17, 2009-- Broadlane announced today through a corporate relationship agreement that Legacy Hospital Partners, Inc. (LHP), based in Plano, Texas has selected Broadlane as the exclusive provider of a broad range of supply chain (http://www. broadlane. com) and procurement services (http://www. broadlane. com) to help manage spending for all LHP-owned and managed hospitals.
LHP will access Broadlane's unparalleled national GPO portfolio of consumable supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals and purchased services. Additionally, LHP will utilize OnRamp™ (Broadlane's client portal) to access contract and vendor information, run reports, view Broadlane news and information, and download training and continuing education.
LHP will also utilize Broadlane's Procurement Services (http://www. broadlane. com) - specifically Transaction Management. Transaction Management will increase LHP's efficiency and lower its procurement-related expenses through Broadlane's National Procurement Center, a centralized operation in Dallas. Leveraging BroadLink®, Broadlane's proprietary e-commerce exchange, Broadlane's transaction experts will process purchase orders and acknowledgements and manage all associated workflows. For suppliers not supporting e-commerce, Broadlane will process orders via phone or fax, providing LHP with "virtual EDI." Information on all orders will return to LHP electronically allowing consolidation of all transaction history.
