The awards banquet was held June 26th, at the Signature Grand in Davie. The Up and Comers Award is designed to recognize young South Florida leaders, under the age of 40, who have accomplished exceptional achievement in their professions. Molina's work in developing clientele for Avisena's medical billing software has charted new levels of success for the revenue cycle management company.

Considered among his peers as one of the best healthcare sales and business development executives in South Florida, Molina leads the Sales team at Avisena. As a founding employee of Avisena, his involvement as resulted in double-digit growth since 2004 for the medical practice management organization, of which he has been personally responsible for over $8MM in sales. Molina has been honored by Avisena at multiple occasions, awarding him with tributes such as the Rainmaker Award - distinguishing an individual for their continuous excellence in bringing profits and success to Avisena through diligence and dedication.
Besides his professional accomplishments in the medical billing services arena, Molina is a devoted community leader. He is a board member for the Ambassadors of Mercy, a group of young professionals who focus on bringing new friends and donors to the hospital. They are involved in planning several social and fundraising activities throughout the year that provide opportunities to share common interests with other professionals, while raising funds for special projects at Mercy Hospital.
Molina also serves as a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Board of Trustees, Alumni Volunteer Committee and coach for the Sigma Phi Epsilon Nu chapter at Florida International University. Through Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, he continues to target a multitude of issues afflicting university students nationwide. He is a board member of Sigma Phi Epsilon's National Ritual and Values Task Force, and has been a facilitator at Carlson Leadership Academy in Richmond VA, where he has designed and conducted leadership seminars, goal-setting workshops, and recruitment clinics for groups up to 350 individuals.
He is an annual participant of the Inlet Challenge for Kids in Distress, as well as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and a volunteer webmaster for a local fifth grade classroom website.
Molina received is education at Florida International University. He is also accredited as a Microsoft Certified Professional by the FlU Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center.
