Universal Software Solutions announces release of VersaSuite 6.0
Universal Software Solution, Inc., (USSI) released VersaSuite Version 6.0 today.

VersaSuite practice managment, is a Microsoft Windows based software system that offers an integrated solution for managing all aspects of patient, employee and business related activities of a health care clinic. O Added ability to add and edit item parameters used for pricing, discounting and searching

O Frames Data can now be imported with color codes, IE “Matt Black(a62)”
O Ability to enter in a reason for a cancelled order

O Users may now purge old appointment data if they choose
O Marking a patient as inactive will now remove their scheduled appointments

O Allows for users to “view associated activities” from within the ledger
O Now highlights todayÂ’s Charges and Balances.
O Ability to transfer the balance of multiple accounts at once.
O Ability to write off multiple small account balances on at once
· Insurance additions
O Display of the dates that Insurance Checks applied to in the Explanation of Benefits dialog
O Ability to make global changes to the HCFA form based on Insurance companiy or plan
O Users can now add information to Box 19 of the HCFA form from within the patients Visit History
· VersaReport improvements
O Added ability to include report filter information to top of all reports
O Now show totals for all procedures on the code usage report
O New Production Analysis report shows result of Production + Sales tax –adjustments for a given day

O Added search capabilities for ICD-9 codes

O Added customizable patient questionnaires
