Farrah Chehrazi and A. J. Utecht, who were both diagnosed with Lyme disease as young teenagers. They will share with us their stories of debilitating symptoms that left them totally incapacitated. A. J. Utecht, in his early high school years, was involved in an auto accident receiving severe whiplash. Soon after, a rash began along with deep fatigue and other symptoms, including chest pain, arrhythmia, nerve pain, numbness, swelling, weight loss, major anxiety, panic attacks and depression. AJ was soon diagnosed with Lyme disease. AJ started antibiotic IV therapy for three months followed by oral therapy for 10 months. This only exacerbated the symptoms. Then he was introduced to Dr. Harvey Bigelsen, who assessed AJ's current condition and recognized the pattern in which the "Lyme disease" was created. Under Dr. Bigelsen's guidance and treatments AJ began to feel relief within three weeks. AJ continued with Dr. Bigelsen and became stronger with each suggestion and treatment. AJ finished high school in excellent health working a full time job. AJ believes Dr. Bigelsen's treatments and knowledge of how disease patterns are formed and how to reverse the disease process saved his life.
By the age of 13, Farrah Chehrazi, was born premature, stung by a jellyfish and bitten by a tick leading to chronic Lyme disease. She was inundated with symptoms including migraines, visual disturbances, depression, panic attacks, anxiety, muscle aches, severe pain, weakness and exhaustion. She was prescribed psychiatric medication, however the depression, anxiety and panic attacks became worse. This continued for nearly ten years and then Farrah become progressively worse after a treatment of multiple combinations of antibiotic therapy for over a year. Dr. Bigelsen began to assess Farrah, and by the third month of working together, she was off all prescription drugs. Farrah referred her Lyme support group to Br. Bigelsen, which was renamed "The Healing Circle" because of Dr. Bigelsens miracles. Farrah is working toward being a Naturopathic physician with an emphasis on Dr. Bigelsen's work in darkfield microscopy.
