Robert Vogelsang is widely renowned as one of the pioneers of the private cable television industry. He currently holds the position of Chairman Broadband Properties Magazine and recently held the position of Vice Chairman & CEO of WSNet, the leading provider of satellite programming to the private and wireless cable industry throughout the United States.
Mr. Vogelsang was the founder and president of National Satellite Programming Network, the first programming distributor for the private and wireless cable industry, as well as the founder of National Satellite Cable Association. He was responsible for securing a Joint Venture with TCI for $10 million to install telephone and cable in Multi-Dwelling Units and was the founder of the first hotel pay-per-view company responding to impulse buy technology, Spectradyne. Mr. Vogelsang was a founder of Hospitality Network, the third largest hotel pay-per-view company in America and is a principal stockholder in Cable Health Care, a hospital pay-per-view company.
