Welch Allyn needed a system that would provide it global visibility through standardized processes and that would replace its SAP HR deployment with an optimal SAP HR configuration, while eliminating manual manipulation and data translation for service providers. AspireHR, the recognized expert in SAP HR implementations, was selected for the Organizational Management and Personal Administration redesign and HR upgrade. The combined team from AspireHR and Welch Allyn specifically designed the initiative to also refine current governance models to support HR data security, “what if” modeling, and ongoing production support.
Nineteen AspireHR consultants combined with a team from Welch Allyn to complete a global SAP HR redesign and upgrade including: Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Compensation Management, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and U. S. Time, Payroll, and Benefits. These united modules achieved the desired end-result that allows Welch Allyn to grant employees and managers greater access to information and streamline HR and business processes on a global scale.
AspireHR is especially proud of: a globally integrated third party recruiting software that creates a semi-automated on-boarding process, a redesigned Benefit process and plans that create efficiencies and created solutions for global employees, retirees and surviving spouses, the completion of more than 40 FRICE items, and a Portal that was delivered in 5 different languages.
This Go-Live is the culmination of a 10 month effort that combined the requirements, design, and configuration for 24 countries. The new system converted 42,000+ pieces of legacy data with an error rate of less than 0.2%.
An innovator in the area of software solutions for SAP HR technology, AspireHR used its proprietary HR DataExchange and Payroll LaunchSuite to save the initiative hundreds of man hours of data manipulation and so Welch Allyn thousands of dollars. HR DataExchange addressed the challenge of accurately converting massive amounts of data.
