Inaugural ÂDealer Dinner a Success for SafetyCareÂ
Event Focused on How the SafetyCare ÂAuthorized Partners Program Benefits Security Dealers
HACKENSACK, N. J. (PRWEB) August 13, 2005
SafetyCareÂ, a one-of-kind business that merges home security and safety systems with a virtually endless range of safety, health and wellness services, held its very first ÂDealer Dinner for professionals who are interested in becoming Authorized Partners of the company.
The July 20 event in Teaneck, N. J. was highlighted by a presentation from Gail Kasper, a well-known television personality and business industry presenter, who shared with the dealers her suggestions to greatly enhance sales.
ÂThe event was a great success, as a full house of dealers learned of the many opportunities available to them through our Authorized Partner program, which gives these security professionals access to superior and unique services and benefits, said Glenn Fischer, president and CEO, SafetyCareÂ.
The event included a welcome speech by Fischer, who explained why he has returned to the home security monitoring business after five years in retirement. He told the audience that it is Âa wonderful opportunity and challenge to develop an innovative company that pushes the industry to a whole new level of customer service and support.
The evening also featured a presentation by Peter P. Giacalone, executive vice president, SafetyCareÂ, who outlined the many services the company offers to Authorized Partners. He detailed the many components of the company, and how it is revolutionizing the industry.
Featured speakers also included Edward A. Fox, Ph. D., C. A.D. C., division head of SafetyCareÂs Wellness Group, who has 30 years of experience in human and behavioral services, as well as Howard Avin, vice president of sales who has three decades of experience in the security and life safety industry.
ÂSafetyCare is the only company in the United States, and possibly the world, incorporating home safety and security monitoring with other critical services, such as family counseling and health care support, Giacalone said. ÂSafetyCare will become the new standard in home security monitoring, demonstrating how home security systems, by themselves, are obsolete.Â
Security dealers who become Authorized Partners are supported with extensive marketing materials and multi-media tools, making it possible for them to provide professional presentations and sales to individuals and groups, he told the group.
ÂThrough this program, independent dealers can continue to operate in their usual fashion, but now have the added benefit of offering SafetyCare services to enhance their installations, Giacalone said. ÂTo further enhance the dealers effort, SafetyCare will work to build, maintain and safeguard the brand.Â
Giacalone noted Authorized Partners will still be able to maintain autonomy, adding dealers can advertise that they have installed the systems Âmonitored by SafetyCareÂ.Â
ÂWe find that this program is in perfect alignment with the goals of our Authorized Partners who want to accelerate their account base and increase their organizationÂs revenue, Giacalone said.
As an added benefit, SafetyCare will distribute leads and sales to Authorized Partners in their respective service areas.
Wholesale Monitoring Services
In addition to the Authorized Partner program, SafetyCare offers dealers access to wholesale monitoring.
ÂIt is an enormous benefit to the dealer and consumer that utilize SafetyCare monitoring services, Fischer said. ÂUnlike the rest of the home security business, our monitoring is performed by first responders, such as nurses, EMTs and law enforcement professionals.Â
Through this program, dealers can also upgrade subscribers to SafetyCareÂs full complement of services, resulting in greater profits.
SafetyCare is built and operated on a world-class integrated platform, fueled by GEÂs MAS-MASterMind Central Station Platform. This robust service package affords dealers access to a back-end system that is unmatched in the industry. Authorized Partners have access to a range of services, including:
