The functional bread will initially be available at the Gourmet Garage, one of New YorkÂ’s foremost trendsetting food markets, in two New York City locations.



The new “Reduced Carb Bread” will initially be available in Tribeca Oven’s Country Wheat and Rye varieties and has been specially formulated for carbohydrate controlled or weight management lifestyles, containing FACT’s unique premix with its proprietary matrix of soluble and insoluble fibers and protein. These novel breads provide substantial health benefits to the consumer, offering an alternative to conventional bread which is generally high in sugar forming carbohydrates. Being reduced in digestible carbohydrates and high in fiber, this bread also makes an excellent choice for diabetics.
