A survey of SourceMedical clients showed that clients recognize the need for continuous training but are having difficulty accessing the various training options available to them. As a result of our research, SourceAdvantage offers a cost-effective subscription pricing model which will entitle clients to apply purchased points toward tuition for an array of training opportunities. The low quarterly subscription fee provides effective discounts of between 25 and 50 percent. The program is structured to offer sessions focused on topics and knowledge that individual clients require and to best accommodate client schedules and time frames. Learning options include traditional instructor led classes, on-site training, web based instruction, eLearning courses, recorded instructor sessions and attendance at regional and national user meetings.
