In this role, Wiley will lead the Account Management and Media teams and contribute to Creative to maintain a high level of service to Fosina clients, as well as head up the Agency’s own Marketing efforts.

Wiley will focus on maximizing results of the customer acquisition campaigns Fosina manages on behalf of its clients and providing strategies to improve customer lifetime value. Also by deepening Fosina’s executive bench, Wiley’s hire will support the agency’s rapid growth. At its current 2010 run rate, Fosina projects to double the size of its business versus 2009.

Previously, Wiley worked as SVP Marketing at Hydra, the largest pure performance-based digital ad platform. In that role he led Marketing efforts for Hydra, as well as served as chief consultant for the performance-based customer acquisition campaigns mounted by Hydra on behalf of its cost-per-action (CPA) advertiser clients, including Fosina Marketing Group. Wiley’s 25-year experience also includes stints managing customer experience projects for the nation’s largest health insurer (Wellpoint) and the nation’s largest provider of private student loans (First Marblehead). Prior to that Wiley served as Vice-President/Creative Director for Hollywood-based agency The Cimarron Group where he led advertising efforts for a wide range of clients including Universal Studios Hollywood, numerous Disney Brands, Countrywide and Lotus Automotive. In that time he also created TV ads for Arnold Schwarzenegger’s successful gubernatorial campaign.
