Natural Living and Fitness Experts Team to Host Weekly Radio Show that Aims to Help Women Achieve Balance in their Lives
Natural living expert and former PBS TV series producer/host, Beth Aldrich, has teamed with international fitness and lifestyle expert and author, Tracey Mallett, to co-host a weekly radio show, “A Balanced Life with Beth and Tracey.” The show’s mission is to help women bring back a sense of balance in their lives and will discuss various health and fitness issues important to women. “A Balanced Life with Beth and Tracey” airs every other Wednesday at 10:00 am EST.

Aldrich is no stranger to the radio waves. She is the former host of a radio show, Conversations with Beth and Dan, and is the publisher of For Her Information, an online magazine that promotes healthy living for women. Mallet is the author of Sexy in 6 and Super Fit Mama, as well as the creator/star of more than 17 exercise DVDs.
Each hour-long radio show will feature candid interviews from two well known health and wellness luminaries. Listeners can participate by calling into the show as well.
